Dear Almighty & Awesome God, Thank you for being in control of all situations and being patient with us in spite our arrogance.  As our trials increase we focus on those and how we can fix them all the while forgetting to surrender them to you.  We pry as things appear, to us, to be spiraling out of control we remember to turn our concentration on you rather than the world around us.  That we take a moment to be still and know that you are GOD.  Lay our troubles at your feet and leave them there.  And take comfort in Your words “I will never leave you or forsake you.”  In Jesus’ precious name we pray, amen.
